Medical College Kannur and subsequently completed her Diplomate of National Board (DNB) training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at IQRAA International Hospital and Research Centre, Calicut. Additionally, she has completed laparoscopic training at Sunrise Institute of Medical Sciences Pvt. Ltd. Kochi, further enhancing her surgical proficiency in minimally invasive gynecologic procedures.

Over the years, Dr. Sunitha has held key roles in institutions such as Sahakarna Hrudyalaya and Medical College Kannur.
