Overview:

Dr. Subin Joseph is a highly accomplished Plastic, Cosmetic, Reconstructive, Hand, Burns and Microvascular Surgeon currently serving as a Consultant at KIMS Sreechand Hospital. He completed his M.B.B.S from Government Medical College, Thrissur in 2014, followed by a six-year DrNB program in Plastic Surgery at Baby Memorial Hospital, Kozhikode. Further enhancing his aesthetic surgical expertise, Dr. Subin underwent an International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) Fellowship in Istanbul, Turkey, in 2022 and Indian Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (IAAPS) Fellowship from Pune, India in 2023, where he trained in advanced aesthetic procedures, hair transplantation and Lipocube stem cell treatment for facial rejuvenation.

With extensive experience spanning various domains of plastic surgery, Dr. Subin has worked at prominent institutions including Baby Memorial Hospital and Roy's Cosmetic Surgery Centre. His surgical interests encompass aesthetic surgery, microsurgery, cleft and craniofacial reconstruction, and complex breast and head & neck reconstructions. His academic contributions are substantial, with more than 10 peer-reviewed publications in reputed national and international journals, including innovative techniques like the Eponychial Flap for fingertip reconstruction and applications of human amniotic membrane in pediatric burn care.

Dr. Subin has presented multiple scientific papers and has received accolades such as the Gold Medal for Best Paper in the R.N. Sinha Essay Competition by the Kairali Association of Plastic Surgery. He is actively engaged in clinical research, having conducted audits and prospective studies on hand burns and gynecomastia outcomes. His international exposure and strong academic background continue to shape his modern, patient-centric surgical practice.

Known for his commitment to excellence, Dr. Subin is also recognized for his volunteer work with the WHO National Polio Surveillance Project. He remains dedicated to advancing the field of reconstructive and aesthetic surgery through both hands-on clinical practice and ongoing education.
