Dr. Prathiksha B Rao

Profile:

Dr Prathiksha B.Rao is a young and dynamic intensivist who has over 3 years of experience in managing critically ill patients in high patient load centres in Hyderabad. Her timely intervention and expertise in CRRT, ECMO, and advanced ventilatory management techniques have saved the lives of many critically sick sepsis and ARDS patients.

Being a meritorious student throughout her childhood, she obtained her MBBS degree from the prestigious Father Muller Medical College, Mangalore, and pursued an MD degree in Anaesthesia and Critical Care from Bangalore. She then went on to secure a Superspeciality degree in Critical Care Medicine by clearing NEET-SS and obtained her Doctorate of National Board from one of the leading hospitals for Critical Care, Yashoda Superspeciality Hospital, Hyderabad.

Her special interests: ARDS management ,Crisis Resource Management ,Neuro Critical Care ,Trauma Care, Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
